From November 7, 2018, Microsoft requires that all resellers of the Cloud Solution Provider (‘CSP’) program (including SIAX Computing Solutions) confirm that all current (and future) customers have read, and agree to be bound by, the Microsoft Cloud Agreement (‘MCA’).
This agreement relates to all subscriptions facilitated through the ‘CSP’ program.
This includes, but is not limited to, Microsoft 365, Office 365 & all associated add-on licensing, and any solution hosted on Microsoft’s Azure platform.
The requirement will become mandatory starting Wednesday, November 7, 2018
As part of our ‘CSP’ reseller agreement with Microsoft, SIAX Computing Solutions are also required to keep copies of your acceptance, which is to be provided to Microsoft upon request.
This information will be kept in electronic form by SIAX Computing Solutions and will contain the following information: first name, last name, email address, date of signing and contact phone number.
Resellers will not be able to add or modify subscriptions through the Microsoft CSP channel, from this date onwards – without first confirming a customer’s acceptance of the Microsoft Cloud Agreement.
